Hi I am Jessica, Energy Healer, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Life Coach based in East Norwich, NY, with a deep commitment to helping you reconnect with your true self.

Since losing my husband while carrying our second child, my life has been dedicated to energy healing and spiritual service. After exploring my empathic gifts and going on a transformative self-healing journey, I founded my practice in 2021. I’ve integrated my studies of Reiki healing, transformational life coaching, and somatic therapy to offer a deeply personalized and powerful healing experience.

My goal is to help you feel at home in your body, whether you're seeking to improve your health, overcome emotional blockages, or resolve stress and chronic pain.

By working closely with my clients, I’ve developed a holistic approach that empowers you to break through obstacles, embrace transformation and live a life aligned with your true potential.
